Refund Policy

******PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE ACCEPTING AT CHECKOUT, PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT WHEN YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO OUR POLICIES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS LISTED BELOW AND WILL BE HELD FULLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES THAT MAY ARISE WITH YOUR ORDER*****

Please note all items are hand crafted after the order has been placed and paid for "in stock" does not mean ready to ship, it simply means that the item is available for purchase, all "ready to ship" item will be noted on the listing.

To start a return, you can always contact us for any return question at cgatesstewart@zamirriannacrafts.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ALL SALES FINAL- We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all our items are custom made to order.

Orders, Themes, Custom Details (name and age) and Sizes CAN NOT BE CHANGED after purchase. Only change aloud is if mistakes in Name and Age but you will have to notify us by email cgatesstewart@zamirriannacrafts.com. when in 24 to 48 Hours for the correct changes to be applied. Please be sure to read over your choices that you have selected or requested at time of purchase. If you haven't noticed the error before the 24 to 48 hour time frame your order has already been made CANNOT BE CHANGED AT ALL. If you cancel you will be charged our cancellation fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, ALL custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If we decide to make an exception and change your order in our system a $40 service fee will apply. If it has been past 3 days and supplies have been ordered for your order there is a fee to change your order, $50 for clothing changes, $40 for shoes changes, $30+ for other personalized/custom items, this is per item, not per order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

FOR COMPANY ERROR ONLY: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is made. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, specifications, and any available demos or previews before completing your purchase.

 

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following conditions:

 

- **Product Defects:** If you encounter any technical issues or defects with the digital product that render it unusable, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue promptly and provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, if the issue is deemed to be caused by the product itself.

 

- **Unauthorized Purchases:** If you believe that an unauthorized purchase has been made using your account, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and may issue a refund if the purchase is found to be unauthorized.
